23.68 acres in Wood County

East Texas - Winnsboro and Wood County rolling timber property on both sides of County Road 3986. This 23.682 acres has planted pine & hardwoods in an area of improved properties. There are many great spots for homes, and lots of possibilities for this acreage. Electric is on adjoining tracts on both ends of the property. Faulk Water is about 1700 feet from CR 3989. Peoples Internet has just run fiber option cable on both roads. There are several homes in the area but we were unable to verify water line and meters on this part of the road.
