2 acres in Hill County

Beautiful new subdivision with nice residential lots already leveled and ready to build on. The name of the area is appropriately name Longview due to the elevation of the lots and the beautiful view. There are already several nice homes in the area. Electricity and water are readily available on the street. The lot definitely provides the desired country feel and yet is VERY conveniently located being only 10 minutes from I-35W, 20 minutes from Hillsboro and Walmart, 45 minutes from Fort Worth and Waco. Don't miss this opportunity to own 2 acres for your dream country home.
