67.65 acres in Caldwell County

Great opportunity to buy 67 beautiful acres only minutes from Lockhart. The property has been cleared and mostly improved coastal grasses. Property has really nice family gathering place on huge pond stocked with fish, water well to keep water in pond when needed, electric connected, concrete slab to picnic and park RV on, storage shed and huge trees around the pond. Several nice homesites on the 67 acres with hilltop views. Lots of deer, turkeys and other wildlife to enjoy. Over half mile county road frontage, ag exempt.
