Ranching or roping? These lush green pastures with lighted arena, big enough for a local rodeo or ropin' event, are everything a cowboy needs. Improved grazing, two water wells, pond, barn and cross fencing traps allow cattlemen to rotate animals from pasture to pasture with ease. Water wells have connecting lines if a well goes down the other well can serve the adjacent property. Loafing sheds and pipe fencing. Water lines run to each of the crossed fence paddocks. A homestead by the pond would make a picturesque country scene.
