296.5 acres in Nolan County

Situated just south of Sweetwater is an awesome opportunity to own your own piece of Texas. This ranch is nearly 300 acres. There are two homes on the property. The first is a 2/2 mobile home in great shape that would be perfect for hunters. The old homeplace is a 3/2 that has had some renovations started and just needs someone to put their own touch on it. The ranch has views that are unmatched. Plenty of room to run cows or any other livestock. There is a good cover of cedar, mesquite and hackberry that provides good hunting. Call Hunter Ranch and Realty for more info or a showing.
